Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and salt to taste. Set aside.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

Place a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to create a pouch and pinch to seal completely.

Dip each biscuit bomb in the melted garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s coated well.

Place the coated biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down. If there’s leftover garlic butter, drizzle it over the biscuits.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and immediately brush with any remaining garlic butter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8-10

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve warm in a bread basket lined with parchment paper. You can also drizzle some extra melted garlic butter on top and sprinkle with additional parsley for color. Enjoy with marinara sauce for dipping!
