Ingredients

1 cup fresh raspberries

1 cup ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)

4 cups cold water

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and sliced peaches. Blend until smooth.

Strain the fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the seeds and pulp. Use a spatula to press the puree and extract as much juice as possible.

Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher with the fruit juice.

Gradually stir in the granulated sugar, mixing until fully dissolved.

Pour in the cold water and stir gently to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.

Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving or serve immediately over ice.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the raspberry peach lemonade over the ice.

Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and a few whole raspberries or a slice of peach for added decor.
