8 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Fold in the cooked broccoli and corn kernels into the cheese mixture until well combined.

In a baking dish, arrange the salmon fillets and the shrimp around them. Season the salmon and shrimp with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of paprika.

Spread the cheesy broccoli and corn mixture evenly over the salmon and shrimp.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky, and the shrimp are pink and cooked.

Once baked, remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and allow to cool slightly before serving.
