1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Extra chocolate pieces and marshmallows for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

      Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

        In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

          Fold in the milk chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.

            Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

              For the extra chocolate and marshmallows, gently press a piece of chocolate and a few extra mini marshmallows onto the top of each dough ball.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are slightly soft.

                  Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
