1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

      Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.

        In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

          Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

            Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop generous mounds of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each mound.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden but the centers still look soft.

                Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
