Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Alternatively, you can place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Mix with Cream Cheese: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese. Mix well until fully combined, creating a dough-like consistency.
Form the Truffles: Using your hands, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is shaped into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill: Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely smooth.
Dip the Truffles: Remove the chilled truffles from the refrigerator. Using a fork, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Place them back on the parchment paper.
Decorate: Before the chocolate sets, place two mini chocolate chips for eyes, one for the button, and an orange candy melt or sprinkle for the nose on each truffle. You can also add pretzel sticks for arms by gently pressing them into the sides.
Set: Allow the chocolate to harden completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Enjoy: Once set, your Snowman Oreo Truffles are ready to be enjoyed!
