Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken.
In another bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Stir in the diced bell pepper, onion, and black olives (if using) into the soup mixture.
Pour the soup mixture over the spaghetti and chicken, and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Top with a generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Once done, let it cool for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve in individual bowls with extra cheese and crusty bread.
