1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

4 cups sparkling water

1 lemon, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Fresh lavender sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with the granulated sugar and dried lavender. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved completely. Once dissolved, bring to a gentle simmer and let steep for about 10 minutes to infuse the lavender flavor.

    Remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove the lavender flowers. Let the syrup cool completely.

      In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and the cooled lavender syrup. Stir well to mix.

        Slowly add the sparkling water to the lemon-lavender mixture, stirring gently to combine while preserving the fizz.

          Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more sugar syrup or lemon juice according to your preference.

            To serve, fill glasses with ice, pour the sparkling lavender lemonade over the ice, and garnish with thin lemon slices and fresh lavender sprigs.
