1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

Instructions
 

Start by washing the strawberries and raspberries thoroughly. Hull the strawberries and set them aside.

    Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller pieces.

      In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, raspberries, banana pieces, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup.

        If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes to the blender.

          Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.

            Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup. Blend again briefly to mix.
