Ingredients

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 batch of dough for bread (store-bought or homemade)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Steak Filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the thinly sliced flank steak. Season with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Sauté until the steak is cooked through and browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix the Cheese: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked steak with softened cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thick. Use a rolling pin to create a rectangular shape that will comfortably encase the filling.

Stuff the Bread: Place the steak and cheese mixture in the center of the rolled dough, shaping it into a log-like form. Leave some space on the sides to fold the dough over the filling.

Fold & Seal: Gently fold in the edges of the dough over the filling and then roll it up tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling is fully enclosed. Pinch the seams to seal and tuck the ends underneath.

Brush with Egg Wash: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the outside of the bread with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.

Cool & Slice: Once out of the oven, let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.
