Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until combined, then increase to medium speed until fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt. Mix until incorporated.
Slowly add the heat-treated flour to the mixture, stirring until just combined. Be cautious not to overmix.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips or sprinkles, reserving a few for garnish.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Using a spatula, create a swirled design on top for visual appeal.
Garnish with the reserved chocolate chips or sprinkles, and chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving.
