3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans (toasted)

1/2 cup buttermilk

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.

      In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted butter, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk until smooth.
