Ingredients

1 pound ground beef or turkey

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup ranch dressing

1 cup diced tomatoes

½ cup black olives, sliced

1 cup tortilla chips, finely crushed

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Mini taco shells or wonton wrappers

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions, adding water if required. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing until smooth and creamy.

Add the cooked meat mixture into the cream cheese mixture, followed by the diced tomatoes and sliced black olives. Gently fold everything together until well incorporated.

Take your mini taco shells or wonton wrappers and fill them with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture until all filling is used. If using wonton wrappers, gently press them into a muffin tin to hold their shape.

Place the filled taco shells on a baking sheet and sprinkle the finely crushed tortilla chips over the top for added crunch.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the shells are golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.

Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh cilantro on top.
