Ingredients

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

8 ounces lobster meat, cooked and chopped

8 ounces crab meat, lump or claw

8 ounces salmon fillet, skinless

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water.

Prepare the Salmon: While the pasta is cooking, season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and half of the Cajun seasoning. In a skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and flake with a fork.

Sauté Garlic and Combine Ingredients: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Add the Parmesan cheese and the remaining Cajun seasoning, allowing the cheese to melt and the sauce to thicken slightly, about 3-4 minutes. If the sauce gets too thick, you can add some of the reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

Add Seafood: Gently fold in the lobster meat, crab meat, and flaked salmon. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the seafood is heated through. Adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce and seafood.

Serve: Plate the Cajun Alfredo pasta in warmed bowls. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh zing.
