1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb flank steak

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 cup corn (frozen or fresh)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Steak: In a medium bowl, combine the flank steak with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes while you prepare the shrimp.

    Prepare the Shrimp: In a separate bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside to marinate for about 15 minutes.

      Cook the Steak: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated flank steak. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until your desired doneness is reached. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for at least 5 minutes.

        Sauté the Vegetables: In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced onions and peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are softened. Add the corn and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.

          Cook the Shrimp: Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Stir everything together until well combined.

            Slice the Steak: After resting, slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips.

              Serve It Up: On a large serving platter or individual plates, arrange the sautéed vegetables, shrimp, and sliced steak artfully. Garnish with fresh parsley.
