to tastefresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef (or turkey) to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the base for your bowls by arranging the lettuce in four bowls.
Once the meat is done, divide it evenly on top of the lettuce in each bowl.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, chopped pickles, and quinoa (if using) to each bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and Dijon mustard to create a tangy dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the loaded burger bowls.
Garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor and color.
Notes
Serve the bowls on a wooden board or colorful placemats for a vibrant look. Consider adding a few tortilla chips on the side for crunch!
