Ingredients

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 6-8 lemons)

1 cup granulated sugar (adjust for sweetness)

4 cups cold water

1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Add the 4 cups of cold water and the unsweetened cranberry juice to the mixture. Stir gently to combine everything evenly.

In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream with the vanilla extract until soft peaks form. This will be your whipped topping.

Fill glasses halfway with the pink lemonade mixture and add ice cubes until they’re full.

Top each glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream, creating a beautiful frothy layer on top.

Optionally, you can swirl a little extra cranberry juice on the whipped cream for a striking visual effect.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices on the rim of the glass for a festive look.
