Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup fresh raspberries, gently mashed

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

Fold in the white chocolate chips, mashed raspberries, and nuts (if using) into the cookie dough until evenly distributed.

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 24 cookies

                    - Presentation Tips: Arrange the cookies on a decorative platter and dust with powdered sugar for a final touch. Garnish with a few whole raspberries for an elegant finish. Enjoy!
